In an act of criminal mischief, a Grampian man allegedly damaged a Brockway woman's vehicle Saturday night while it was parked at Eagle View Apartments in Luthersburg.
State police at Philipsburg
Michael Ellenberger of Falls Creek failed to negotiate a left curve on Tyrone Pike in Rush Township Sunday at 3:10 p.m. and his motorcycle left the road and struck an embankment.
He was not wearing a helmet and was taken by Moshannon Valley Emergency Medical Services to Altoona Regional Health System for treatment of moderate injuries.
