State police at Philipsburg issues report for November

PHILIPSBURG - State police at Philipsburg issued a report for November.
Criminal activity included 52 offenses reported, with all of them being founded; 37 offenses cleared; and 42 criminal arrests. There were 276 incidents to which troopers responded.
Also, police reported patrol activity including 32 crashes; three hit-and-run accidents; five people injured; and 510 traffic citations. The number of driving under the influence citations was four, with 229 warning notices, 15 assists, 12 seat belt citations and two child seat citations.
There were no fatal crashes, fatalities or DUI-related crashes or fatalities.
