Cherry presides at revocation court session

Clearfield County Judge Paul E. Cherry presided over a session of revocation court Dec. 17.
• Justin Brock, 39, 44 Skinner Lane, Curwensville, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 90 days before being considered for reparole. Brock violated his parole by failing to refrain from the use of alcohol. He was on parole on a charge of theft of services.
• Arthur D. Coleman, 44, 922 W. Gordon St., Allentown, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 60 days before being considered for reparole. Coleman violated his parole by failing to report to his probation officer and maintain his monthly payment. Effective with the month of his release, he is to maintain a $45 monthly payment. He was on parole on a charge of theft by deception.
• Michelle M. Mongelli, 55, 1212 Libby Lane, Clearfield, was ordered detained pending disposition of new charges. She is on probation on a charge of disorderly conduct and is charged with harassment by Lawrence Township police.
• Robert Lutz, 26, 88 Sipes Lane, Clearfield, had his probation revoked. On a charge of simple assault, he was resentenced to serve 35 days to one year in Clearfield County Jail in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Lutz violated his probation by failing to comply with all laws, report to his probation officer and maintain his monthly payment. He was recently arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
• Danielle Nartatez, 21, 15 Kimberly Lane, Morrisdale, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve 60 days before being considered for reparole. Nartatez violated her parole by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically oxymorphine and Roxicets pills. She was on parole on a charge of theft by deception.
• Shane P. Stuckey Jr., 23, 912 DuBois St., DuBois, was ordered detained pending disposition of new charges. He is on probation on a charge of institutional sexual assault and he is charged with two separate cases of burglary.
• Raymond Lansberry, 23, 598 Reed St., Brisbin, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 90 days before being considered for reparole. Lansberry violated his parole by failing to comply with all laws, refrain from the use of alcohol and maintain his monthly payment. He was on parole on a charge of receiving stolen property.
• Chad Barrientos, 24, 200 High St., Port Matilda, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 120 days before being considered for reparole. Barrientos violated his parole by failing to submit to a urinalysis test. He was on parole on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.
• Jacquelynn S. Peters, 27, 355 Naulton Road, Curwensville, had her probation revoked. On charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, she was resentenced to serve 30 days to one year in CCJ. Peters violated her probation through the use of controlled substances, specifically cocaine and marijuana.
• Kie E. Brown, 22, 18 Alberts Court, DuBois, had his probation revoked. On a charge of criminal conspiracy/ burglary, he was resentenced to serve 30 days to 12 months in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. Brown violated his probation by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically marijuana.
• Chad Schwartz, 40, 237 Bailey Road, Curwensville, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 60 days before being considered for reparole. Schwartz violated his parole by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically suboxone.
• Shalynn Chesnoka, 24, 18 Rumbarger Ave., DuBois, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve five months before being considered for reparole. Chesnoka violated her parole through the use of controlled substances, specifically cocaine. She was on parole on a charge of theft by deception.
• Elizabeth Lonberger, 33, 3741 Morrisdale-Allport Highway, Morrisdale, had her probation revoked. On a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution, she was resentenced to serve 60 days to one year in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. Lonberger violated her probation by failing to report to her probation officer and maintain her monthly payment.
The following people were scheduled for court and charged with contempt of court for failing to maintain their monthly payments:
• Samantha R. Kitchen, 24, 1035 W. Hannah St., Houtzdale, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of December, she is to maintain a $35 monthly payment.
• Brian C. Lyncha, 31, 130 S. Second St., Philipsburg, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $35 monthly payment.
• Michael W. Mallin, 29, 914 Good St., Houtzdale, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $35 monthly payment.
• Douglas L. Stiffler, 49, Bellwood, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $50 monthly payment.
• Curtis J. Travis, 39, 52 Ginter-Morann Highway, Smithmill, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of December, he is to maintain a $35 monthly payment.
• James L. Uhl, 22, 1496 Crafton Blvd., Crafton, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of December, he is to maintain a $200 monthly payment.
• Benjamin J. Witherite, 32, 102 Washington St., Sykesville, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $50 monthly payment.
• Jeffrey A. Garman, 59, 9 Walbash Ave., Oil City, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $50 monthly payment.
• James J. Spitzkoff, 47, Clearfield, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $50 monthly payment.
• Bradley E. Ridgley Jr., 41, 309 Old Turnpike Road, Allport, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $40 monthly payment.
• David L. Leiby Jr., 32, 535 Nichols St., Clearfield, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $50 monthly payment.
• Jack Johnson, 44, 1073 W. Hannah St., Houtzdale, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of January, he is to maintain a $50 monthly payment.
Bench warrants were issued for the following people for failing to appear for court.
The following were charged with failing to report to their probation officer:
• Zachary A. Hess, 26, 416 Bigler Ave., Clearfield.
• Jonathan D. Hayward, 28, 117 Frenchtown Trailer Court, Osceola Mills.
• Alyssa M. English, 24, 52 Cherry St., Wallaceton.
• Gene T. James Jr., 44, 604½ W. Front St., Clearfield.
• James F. Harris III, 29, 704 Ann St., Curwensville.
• Shawn Mullen, 30, 667 Bambarger Drive, Frenchville.
The following were charged with failing to maintain their monthly payments:
• Dawn E. Luzier, 45, 205 Nichols St. Clearfield.
• Terry L. Spencer, 53, Beccaria.
• Joseph E. Spivey, 63, 315 S. Brady St., DuBois.
• Pamela L. Stanton, 33, 1021 Broadway Street, Fountain Hill.
• Melissa D. Suhoney, 30, 1402 Washington Ave., Hyde.
• Arnulfo P. Uresti, 33, 2548 Autumn Sage Drive, Brownville, Texas.
