Daily Police Log Saturday, January 12, 2013 State police at DuBois The investigation continues into the death of a two-and-a-half-year-old Reynoldsville boy on Thursday. Police are being assisted in this investigation by the Reynoldsville Ambulance Service, Reynoldsville Police Department, the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office and the Jefferson County Coroner's Office.
Sandy Township On Wednesday a 91-year-old DuBois woman was paying for work done on her car, when someone got into the car and took it from the Murray's parking lot. The investigation continues. --- A Sykesville man reported being harassed by a known DuBois man Wednesday. Officers handled with out incident. --- A Brady Street woman reported Wednesday that she found a window open at her residence. She did not find anything to be missing. --- On Thursday a Kiwanis Trail woman reported a neighbor burning in his yard, causing heavy smoke in the area. The situation was handled by the fire department. --- A DuBois woman reported seeing a man run across Brady Street carrying a gun Thursday. Officers located the man and found the gun to be a BB gun used to kill a rat.
