Police search for man involved in theft
Wednesday, January 16, 2013
DUBOIS - An unknown man attempted to take two 50-inch flat-screen TVs from Walmart in DuBois. When he was confronted by store security he became violent with the loss prevention officer, punching and shoving him.
He is described as a white man in his 40s or 50s, approximately 6 feet, 3 inches tall, 250-plus pounds, dressed in a yellow T-shirt and blue jeans with a mustache. The man fled the scene and got into a vehicle near Red Lobster.
The investigation continues and police ask for assistance from the public to apprehend him. Anyone who has information should call 1-800-689-3535 to speak to an officer.
