Daily Police Log Thursday, January 31, 2013 State police at Clearfield The investigation continues after three known juveniles caused approximately $500 in damage by using a BB gun to shoot a Woodland woman's vehicle near Sanbourn Road in Decatur Township between 3:30-4:10 p.m. Sunday.
State police at Punxsy On Monday at 2:25 p.m., a Homer City man suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident on U.S. Route 219 in Bell Township. He was traveling north, lost control of his vehicle due to excessive speed on the slush-covered road, it traveled off the east side of the road and struck a utility pole and large boulder.
Sandy Township Minor injuries were reported Monday when a St. Marys woman lost control of her vehicle on state Route 255, it struck a guide rail, crossed the road and came to rest against a tree. --- The investigation continues after Emmanuel Church parishioners reported someone broke into the church Tuesday and took approximately $50 in change and a fuel card. --- Officers handled a domestic dispute between a man and woman at a South Main Street residence. --- On Tuesday, a vehicle driven by a DuBois man struck a tree on Rockton Road.
State police at Philipsburg On Monday at 10:27 p.m., a Suzuki Sidekick struck and damaged the guide rail along Skytop Mountain Road in Huston Township and fled the scene. The vehicle should also have damage. Anyone with information should call the police at 342-3370.
State police at Ebensburg The investigation continues after a known person of interest possessed items stolen from an Executive Drive property owned by Richard Wilson of Saxton.
