Judge Ammerman presides at revocation court session

Clearfield County President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman presided over a session of revocation court May 6.
• Andrew Clark, 40, Clear-field, was ordered to be continued on probation. He was found in violation of his probation and had been incarcerated since April 26. He was charged with violation of probation for viewing sexually explicit materials. Clark is on probation on a charge of involuntary deviate sexually intercourse.
• Jared Peters, 21, Clearfield County Jail, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 45 days before being considered for reparole. Peters was on parole on a charge of criminal conspiracy/theft by deception.
• Kenneth V. Smeal, 42, Woodland, was found in violation of probation. He received a suspended state correctional institution sentence of two to five years on the condition he complete three years' probation. He is on probation on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, specifically cocaine, and violated his probation by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically klonopin and amphetamines. Smeal was ordered to complete inpatient drug and alcohol counseling within 75 days.
• Coty M. Frailey, 34, 1338 Old Route 322, Philipsburg, had his probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, he was ordered to serve 17 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Frailey violated his probation by failing to comply with all laws. He was arrested for retail theft by Lawrence Township police.
• Christopher J. Handte, 24, Philipsburg, had his probation revoked. He received a suspended SCI sentence of one to three years on the condition he complete 45-90 days in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. He is on supervision on a charge of theft by unlawful taking. Handte violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer and refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically heroin.
• Jacob J. Estright, 20, 180 High St., Woodland, had his probation revoked and was resentenced to serve two years' probation. He is to complete 30 hours of community service. Estright has been incarcerated since April 11. He is on probation on a charge of fleeing or attempting to elude police.
• Tanya Nunez, 31, 110 S. Third St., Clearfield, had her probation revoked. On two separate cases of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, specifically cocaine, she was resentenced to serve 10 days to two years in SCI-Muncy. Nunez violated her probation by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically cocaine.
• Autumn Tillman, 26, 5216 Morridale-Allport Highway, Morrisdale, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve 21 days before being considered for reparole. Tillman violated her parole by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically cocaine. Tillman was on parole on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
• Kris Nevling, 36, CCJ, was ordered detained pending disposition of new charges. He is charged by Lawrence Township police on charges of terroristic threats and related charges. Nevling is on parole on a charge of receiving stolen property.
• Ronald G. Knepp, 20, 1703 Lawrence Ave., Hyde, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve three months before being considered for reparole. Knepp violated his parole by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically crack, cocaine, klonopin and subutex. He was on parole on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jade Lines, 23, 44 Lower Lane, Clearfield, had his probation revoked. On three counts of terroristic threats, he was resentenced to serve six months to three years in the Western Diag-nostic Classification Center, Pittsburgh. Lines violated his probation by failing to comply with all laws and refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically suboxone. He was arrested for criminal attempt/theft by unlawful taking, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person by Lawrence Township police.
• Patrick D. Thomas, 27, 1027 Park Ave. Ext., Clearfield, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 32 days before being considered for reparole. Thomas violated his parole by failing to report to his parole officer and maintain his monthly payment. He was on parole on a charge of criminal conspiracy/retail theft.
• Shawn A. Kruies, 27, 3426 Fleming Ave., Pittsburgh, had his probation revoked. On a charge of access device fraud, he was resentenced to serve eight months to three years in the Western Diagnostic Classifi-cation Center, Pittsburgh. Kruies violated his probation by failing to comply with all laws and refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically heroin. He was arrested for retail theft.
• Jessica A. Clark, 32, 428 E. Park Ave., DuBois, had her probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, she was resentenced to serve three to six months in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. Clark violated her probation by failing to comply with all laws, report to her probation officer and refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically marijuana and colonopins.
• Matthew Smith, 28, 114 Race St., Clearfield, had his probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, he was resentenced to serve 90 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Smith violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer and failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically cocaine.
• Brian Lezzer, 20, Curwensville, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 22 days before being considered for reparole. Lezzer violated his parole by failing to obtain permission to change his residence and refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically marijuana.
• David Reese, 35, 572 Scotch Hollow, Osceola Mills, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 39 days before being considered for reparole. He violated his parole by failing to report to his probation officer and maintain his monthly payment.
• Taylor Clark, 24, 320 George St., Curwensville, had his probation revoked. On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, he was resentenced to serve two years' probation. Clark violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer.
• Nicole A. Confer, 43, 51 Log Cabin Lane, Morrisdale, was ordered to continue on parole on a charge of harassment. She is to complete 50 hours of community service. She was before the court for failing to refrain from overt behavior and refrain from the use of alcohol.
• Parsha H. Knepp, 25, Hyde, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve 60 days before being considered for reparole. Knepp violated her parole by failing to comply with all laws and maintain her monthly payment. She was arrested for retail theft. Knepp was on parole on a charge of retail theft.
The following people were before the court for contempt of court for failing to maintain their monthly payments:
• Jani English, 68, 135 Toter Lane, State College, was ordered to maintain a $25 monthly payment effective with the month of June.
• Sheri R. Garber, 51, 907 Walton St., Philipsburg, was ordered to immediately pay $35 and pay $35 a month effective with the month of June.
• Donald W. Gearhart Jr., 31, 100 Fourth Ave., Curwensville, was ordered to immediately pay $200 and pay $50 a month effective with the month of June.
• William A. Hunt, 36, 1703 Warren Road, Indiana, was ordered to immediately pay $100 and pay $50 a month effective with the month of June. He is also to complete 10 hours of community service each month.
• Jared T. Kerlin, 32, 404½ Ogden Ave., Clearfield, was ordered to pay $35 a month. He is also to complete 10 hours of community service a month.
• Charles J. Lese, 53, 221 Nichols St., Clearfield, was ordered to pay $50 a month effective with the month of May and $70 a month effective with the month of August.
• Ann M. Luzier, 32, 3706 Old Erie Pike, West Decatur, was ordered to immediately pay $50 and $25 a month effective with the month of June.
• John W. Lytle Jr., 32, 2557 Drane Highway, Osceola Mills, was ordered to maintain a $50 monthly payment effective with the month of June.
• Dexter I. McLaughlin, 41, 428 James St., Curwensville, was ordered to pay $50 a month effective with the month of June.
• Andrew J. Slogosky, 26, Philipsburg, was ordered to immediately pay $50 and pay $50 a month effective with the month of June.
• Kathleen Kephart, 53, 540 Elm St., Reading, was ordered to continue to pay $15 a month and complete 10 hours of community service each month.
• Andrew Lenhart, 30, 633 Chestnut Ave., DuBois, was found in contempt of court and ordered to serve 30 days in CCJ. Effective with the month of June, he is to pay $35 a month.
The following cases were continued:
• Roger Cantara, 26, 1495 Cooper Ave., Grassflat, charged with violation of parole for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Elizabeth Pearsall, 43, 443 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, charged with violation of probation for failing to comply with all laws, report to her probation officer and refrain from the use of alcohol.
• Laura B. Sherwood, 32, 1001 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, charged with violation of probation for failing to comply with all laws.
Bench warrants were issued for the following people for failing to report for court:
• Joshua F. Valdiserri, 27, 108 Rear Knox Ave., Monessen, charged with violation of parole for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Lonnie Schmoke Jr., 50, 1009 Patchin Highway, Cherry Tree, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Matthew Rockey, 22, 105 Limb Road, Winburne, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Matthew Durlan, 45, 1 E. Locust St., Clearfield, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Brandi Rowles, 27, 201 W. Pine St., Clearfield, charged with violation of probation for failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances.
The following were scheduled for failing to maintain their monthly payments:
• Jeffrey McLaughlin, 48, 43 Harner Road, Curwensville.
• Jared E. Lance, 25, 106 S. Fourth St., Clearfield.
• Joseph G. Hall, 34, 1204 N. Viola St., Nixa, Mo.
• Shannon P. Greene, 31, 521 Ninth St., Cresson.
• Randall S. Hipps, 44, 418 Bigler Ave., Clearfield.
