Judge Cherry presides over recent session of revocation court

Clearfield County Judge Paul E. Cherry presided over a session of revocation court May 20.
• Marnie B. Hoffman, 38, Clearfield County Jail, had her parole revoked. She violated her parole by failing to obtain permission to change her residence, failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically perscription pills and marijuana, and failing to complete any follow up treatment as recommended. Hoffman was on parole on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.
• Penny L. Frelin, 39, 20041 Shawville-Croft Highway, Clearfield, had her probation revoked. On a charge of altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates, she was resentenced to serve 60 days to one year in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. Frelin violated her probation by failing to refrain from the use of alcohol.
• Remington Scott, 23, 206 Brisbin St., Houtzdale, had his probation revoked. On a charge of burglary, he was resentenced to serve 120 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Scott violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer, and failing to maintain his monthly payment.
• Thad J. Polites, 27, 117 Bellwood Road, Mahaffey, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 90 days before being considered for reparole. Polites violated his parole by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically suboxone and xanax. He was on parole on a charge of receiving stolen property.
• Justin O. Alvarez, 23, 249 S. Brady St., DuBois, had his probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, he was resentenced to serve 30 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Alvarez violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to refrain from the use of alcohol, and by entering an establishment that serves alcohol.
• Susan H. Richards, 47, 21 E. Long Ave., DuBois, had her probation revoked. On a charge of access device fraud, she was resentenced to serve 60 days to one year in CCJ to be served consecutive to all charges currently being served in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Richards violated her probation by failing to report to CCJ from her furlough as instructed, failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances and refrain from overt behavior.
• Scott E. Buck, 49, 136 Allegheny St., Curwensville, was taken off the ARD program due to the use of alcohol and the commission of a new criminal offense. He was arrested for DUI by Pennsylvania State Police. Buck was on the ARD program on a charge of DUI.
• Kevin A. Steele, 23, 1430 Bay Road, Treasure Lake, DuBois, was taken off the ARD program for failing to report to his probation officer, failing to maintain his monthly payment, failing to refrain from the use of alcohol, failing to complete his community service and report police contact. He was arrested for criminal mischief in DuBois and was on the ARD program on a charge of DUI.
• Cody R. Brown, 22, 412 Nichols St., Clearfield, had his probation revoked. On a charge of corruption of minors, he was resentenced to serve 60 days to one year in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. Brown violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer.
• Nicole M. Coleman, 21, 412 E. Pine St., Philipsburg, was continued on parole on a charge of theft by unlawful taking. She was before the court for failing to maintain her monthly payment. The court ordered her to pay $35 a month effective with the month of June.
• Christy Leham-Couturiaux, 22, Wallaceton, had her probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, she was resentenced to serve 60 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. She violated her probation by failing to comply with all laws. She was arrested for retail theft in Clinton County.
The following people were scheduled for contempt of court for failing to maintain their monthly payment;
• Christina L. Galbraith, 39, 217 E. Main St., Big Run, was ordered to pay $50 a month effective with the month of June.
• Justin K. Bloom, 29, 98 Norris Road, Curwensville, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, he was ordered to pay $35 a month.
• Heather R. Bond, 28, 449 E. Main St., Mahaffey, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. She was ordered to pay $245 by today and effective with the month of July, pay $35 a month.
• Betsy Sue Clark, 35, 29 Shearer Drive, Olanta, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, she is to pay $125 a month.
• Lara J. Clouser, 29, 114 Third St., Falls Creek, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, she is to pay $35 a month.
• Jennifer Covert, 32, 213 Louisa St., Philipsburg, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, she is to pay $35 a month.
• Bryce A. Forbes, 27, 11 E. Weber Ave., DuBois, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, he is to pay $35 a month.
• Ritchie A. Ford, 56, 5 S. Fifth St., Clearfield, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, he is to pay $40 a month.
• Cassandra L. Foster, 20, 140 W. Nittany Ave., St. College, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. She was ordered to submit seven different potential employers to the probation office each Friday.
• Samuel Gaul, 54, 46 Country Place, DuBois, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. He was to immediately pay $160 and effective with the month of June, pay $35 a month.
• Hope Ann Maines, 28, 109 Weller Circle, Philipsburg, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, she is to pay $35 a month.
• Shawn L. McBride, 28, 10264 Grandview Ave., Albion, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, he is to pay $100 a month.
• Cynthia D. McCully, 33, 235 S. 12th St., Lebanon, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, she is to pay $40 a month.
• Carlea Patterson, 33, 1211 Daisy St., Clearfield, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, she is to pay $35 a month.
• Dennis A. Rimer, 34, 100 N. High St., Greenville, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of May, he is to pay $35 a month.
• Derik L. Rougeux, 22, 1109 Daisy St., Clearfield, was found in contempt of court and received a four-month suspended sentence. Effective with the month of June, he is to pay $50 a month.
• Robert E. Litzinger, 46, Clearfield, received a six-month suspended sentence and was ordered to pay $75 a month effective with the month of June. He is to submit seven potential employers to the probation office each week.
• Alfred A. Cheung, 35, 420 St. Lawrence Road, Patton, had his case continued. He is charged with violation of parole for failing to maintain his monthly payment.
Bench warrants were issued for the following people for failing to appear for court.
These people were charged with violation of probation/parole for failing to report to their probation officer.
• Zachary A. Hess, 26, 416 Bigler Ave., Clearfield.
• Ashley Murarik, 25, 301 Forest St., Gallitzin.
• Chuck Schwarz, 23, 457 1/2 Fawn Lane, Morrisdale.
• Donald E. Redman Jr.,, 45, 719 Main St., Coalport.
• Kenneth R. Quade, 25, 5420 Crossroads Blvd., Coalport.
The following were scheduled for failing to maintain their monthly payments:
• Casey Lee Frizzell, 20, 404 State St., Sandy Ridge.
• Kevin Allen, RD2, Box 331, Mahaffey.
• Joanne A. Burdick, 57, 114 S. Jared St., DuBois.
• Michael W. Blauser, 32, 415 Short St., Johnsonburg.
• Glee Anna Bungo, 38, 522 Fifth Ave., New Kensington.
Jerri L. Nelson-Dean, 33, 433 Quarry Ave., DuBois.
• Jordan J. Lance, 29, 28 1/2 High St., Clearfield.
• Ashley N. Lombardo, 27, 3914 Crawford Ave., Northern Cambria.
• Chris O'Connor, 53, 339 Marion St., Brookville.
• Thomas J. Pearce, 41, 2657 Kylertown-Drifting Highway, Kylertown.
• Thomas T. Rice, 23, 139 Woodlawn Ave., Jersey City, N.J.
