State police at Clearfield
The investigation continues in an act of theft and criminal mischief at an unoccupied residence in Smokerun between Sept. 17 and Oct. 17. Someone entered the residence and removed the heating and air conditioning system, plumbing and appliances, and damaged the interior of the residence. Total estimate for damage and the items stolen is $18,785. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 857-3800.
No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident yesterday at 3:25 p.m. on Interstate 80 in Graham Township when a Wisconsin man became distracted. His vehicle struck the guide rail, rotated, struck the guide rail again, rotated across the road, and was driven onto the berm, where it came to rest.
Yesterday at 3:43 a.m., no one was injured in a two-vehicle accident on U.S. Route 322 in Boggs Township. Jessica Dunlap of Hawk Run slowed to make a left turn and her vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Tyler Womer of Philipsburg.

Lawrence Township
The vehicle involved in a traffic violation in Goldenrod was gone when police arrived.
A vehicle reportedly struck a deer.
Officers assisted state patrol with the search of a Hyde residence in reference to a wanted individual.

DuBois City
The investigation continues in a case in which a woman gave a false story about an insurance company putting her up in a room at DuBois Manor Motel. She got a room and provided an employee with a fake credit card number.

Curwensville Boro
The theft of medication from a Beech Street residence was reported to police Saturday.
A Louisiana man who was arrested Sunday morning for operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was placed in Clearfield County Jail.
Last night, a bad check was reported to police.

Morris-Cooper Regional
Krista Wilkinson of Hawk Run was arrested Oct. 30 for simple assault, two counts of harassment, theft and receiving stolen property. She is also charged in a second case.
She was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Jerome Nevling on both cases; total bail was set at $30,000 straight. Wilkinson is lodged in CCJ.
A Morrisdale resident reported the theft of money, jewelry and rings, all valued at $5,125.
Police have warrants for two people of interest, Scott Allen Haversack of Clearfield and Samantha Marie Evans of Winburne. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call police at 765-1533.
The investigation continues after a Morrisdale resident reported being harassed by his mother, who is accusing him of stealing two rings and a necklace.
A Morrisdale resident reportedly purchased an iPhone 4 from eBay that he learned was stolen from a Brooklyn, N.Y., resident. The phone was recovered and police are waiting for the Brooklyn Police Department to decide where to send the item.

State police at Philipsburg
On Monday, an accident occurred in Half Moon Township, Centre County, when a driver took his eyes off the road and his vehicle struck an embankment and large tree stump and came to rest on the roof. The driver and two passengers were removed from the vehicle by fire personnel and the driver was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. The passengers were in child safety seats and were not injured.
Simple assault charges were filed against Ronald Hockenberry following a physical altercation with a woman Friday along Rattlesnake Pike in Union Township, Centre County. She suffered injuries to her head, face and back and was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center.
